How long will it take before I see results?


Generally, it takes 8-12 weeks before you begin to “see” results. What type of results you “see” is very individual and depends on your baseline fitness, how hard and how frequently you exercise, and what your goals are. More importantly however, you will “feel” the results of exercise almost immediately. We try to de-emphasize the obsession with the visual results, and pay more attention to all of the other wonderful things exercise can do for you like increase your energy, reduce stress levels and improve your strength.




Do I need to purchase expensive equipment or have an exercise room to train at home?


No, there is no need to purchase any equipment. Our coaches ensure that workouts are effective and interesting without any equipment. That said, you may also find yourself wanting to include basic equipment such as resistance bands or exercise balls. We recommend you speak to your coach about this before purchasing to find out what equipment will work best for you.




Why should I use a Personal Trainer?


Some people are happy to follow their own programme in their own time and place; for those who lack the time, or the motivation, or the energy to train effectively on their own, a Personal Trainer can be the answer. The support, advice and encouragement comes with safe exercise technique to help you avoid injuries.




How many days per week should I work out?


Depending on your health and fitness goals, you should to commit to at least 2-3 days of exercise each week to see results. Any fewer than that and each workout will feel like you're starting all over again each and every time.




Do I need to be fit to start training?


Nope! That’s the great thing. Using a Personal Trainer is a highly effective way to get fit in the first place. Whilst athletes and professional sports people often use a PT, it is not necessary to be in top condition to start with. Each person is unique so have their own personal challenges to conquer, whether it’s running for a bus or running a marathon.




Can I try it for free?


Yes! We believe in the quality of our coaches and provide a free 30 minutes assessment plus a free 60 minute session with no commitment.




How long are the workouts?


Depending on your goals and fitness level, workouts are generally between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
